MathGenome is a Mathematica application for basic genetics. It runs on the Mathematica 4.2 system of Wolfram Research for Windows, and performs genetic operations like mendelian crossing, gamete generation, and allele frequency estimation. This application is being modified on a regular basis.

Note: MathGenome was called GenMath before I realized that a Mathematica application for general mathematics already existed with under the same name.
